This is an interactive class which leads the student through the exciting and fascinating story of how the most powerful nation on Earth came to be. US History is the high school level course which fleshes out what is covered in the Exploring US History course. The main events of how this nation was settled will be covered, one chapter per week, from the very beginning of the original peoples of this land all the way to the present. Students will be led on this journey into American history from a Biblical perspective. The class will encourage students to discover God’s purpose through critical thinking and discussion. The ideas and principles of the founders of this country will be explored and applied to how we think about our country today.
