This offering is a little different than most crime scene investigation classes and will give the student a deeper understanding of the importance and complexities of crime scene investigation and evidence processing. This class will focus additionally on the importance of criminology and the theoretical impact to the investigation and identification of the offender. This class will also reveal to the student the importance of how the crime scene impacts the development of the suspect and how the detective uses crime scene information in the interview and interrogation to get the confession. All lessons will be pre-recorded this semester and available for student access on the Schoology platform.
